Build Responsive Theme for Shopify E-Commerce

Please read before proceeding: If you choose to work this project you will be REQUIRED to provide updates every 2 days. These updates must be visual. Don't send me pictures. Send me proof I can examine. Upload the theme to shopify or somewhere where I can see it. The person in charge of this project will be REQUIRED to communicate every 2 days. Again, you will show me what you are doing and will NOT give me empty promises. If you need more time to complete the project I will not provide you with more time UNLESS you show me proof that you are actually working. Fail to do any of these and the project will be terminated early. This means that once completed I must be able to customize the theme by adding pictures, content, videos, etc. on shopify. Shopify is the platform we use for e-commerce capabilities. Shopify has a theme called Retina. The right person will use this theme as a reference as we would like the website theme to look or act (be responsive) like Retina. The home page is the only thing that should look entirely different. We would like Pixabay's homepage look with Exmed's circles. We want the circles to be interactive, so if you browsed over the circle with a mouse, then a person in bed would stand up. Our designer has the look of the theme but we need a developer to create the theme and code it. The project I award this project to will receive all the information they need.
