Build new website and design

I would like my website completely redesigned using Wordpress or Joomla. I would like a minimum of 3 mock ups and I need the flow of the website to be consistent for SEO. We have a few other websites that we want to frame around as well so that would need to be considered. most of the content is on the current website, but the current website is just unorganized. The site needs to be designed, programmed, installed and then tweaked based on content. We would like a "hi tech" design that complements the clients we serve.
