Build a Debate Website

Hello! I need someone to build me a debate website (where users can come to debate about topics...). The format for the debates will be as follows: 1. Two players enter a debate. 2. A topic is randomly assigned, and both players will be assigned a side. 3. Both players will be presented with a choice. They can either: (a) Skip the topic, which will cost the player 1 credit. (b) Switch sides, which will cost the player 1 credit. (c) Accept the topic and the side they are assigned. 4. Players will return to step three until both players choose option 'c.' 5. Players will both construct their opening statement, with a character limit of 300 characters. Neither player will be able to see their opponent's opening statement. For 1 credit, the 300 character limit may be removed. 6. Both players will now be able to read their opponent's opening statement. They will also be able to access their opponent's sources in order to construct their counter arguements. 7. Both players will now construct their primary arguements. The character limit for these primary arguements will be 300 characters, but it must include at least 2 references to the player's sources. For 1 credit, the 300 character limit may be removed. 8. Both players will can now construct a counter-argument againt their opponent. 9. For 1 credit, the player can discredit their opponent's counter-argument. 10. Both players can write up to 3 closing points (60 characters each). This will end the debate. 11. The debate will be judged by debatist community members. 12. The winner will earn credits for their performance. 13. Debatists can earn points by judging other entries. You will have to design a clean user interface that is cutting-edge using the latest in responsive, clean, and modern standards. You will also have to design all graphics, icons, logos, etc. In order to purchase coins a checkout system must be designed, which will accept PayPal payments. Users will need to be able to register accounts and log in, as well as register or login with Facebook, Twitter, or Google Plus.
