Build crowdfarming web and apps on android and ios platforms

I want to launch a crowdfarming web and apps on android and ios platforms meant to get fund or investor. The platform will target investment in agriculture sector include agriculture produce, gishery, cattle rearing and chicken farming. The freelancer should be good in user interface, web and apps design and development, copywriting, social media marketing and logo design. The project is targeting malaysian farmers but attracting investors worldwide. I need to have CMS too.
