Build a Bus E-ticketing website, having facility to receive and send back the payments

I have a fleet of vehicles running in different cities of the country. I want that my customers can logon to this my website and do following functions:- 1. customers can log on the website using username and password. 2. customers needs to be registered in order to become members. 3. members identity needs to be verified using their mobile phone numbers and their national identity card number / tax number or driving license number. 4. national identity card number and its full name is to be verified from NADRA database. 5. full log in /out information like IP, cell number, current GPS location etc is to be maintained secretly into database and admin can retrieve this information easily. 6. the e-ticketing system needs to be build on the principal of air tickets reservation systems. 7. a customer can choose the different routes and different fare plans on different buses. He can view available different departure time and then can select different the seats available. 8. once a customer selects the required route (example from lahore to karachi) he will choose the available bus company and then number of seats, then he will be directed to payment page. once payment is confirmed , he may take printout of the ticket. 9. the payments from paypal etc and most common credit cards should be integrated. beside this, website own balance system needs to be implemented, if any customer previously has adequate balance, he may purchase the tickets. tickets should be booked by any user without login info, however reservation needs payment within 24 hours, a customer can book the ticket only 12 hours before departure time of any bus. if due to company fault, the bus fails to depart, a full refund will be sent back to customer account. 10. The main page will show the basic information about what is this site about? and how to book or reserve the tickets and what are the main benefits of using this service. 11. the main focus is to maintain the data of customers and their identity. Frequent travelers are to be given incentive in fare price by 10% less payment etc, and this is to be displayed on main page. 12. some example of this type of website is [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc 13. the design should be elegant and website initially is to be hosted on most famous hosting servers for one year. the SEO and other functionality also be implemented. 14. customers are to be notified by sms service for any company plans/ update or route information etc. this sms service is also be implemented accordingly. 15. if any customer cancelled the ticket before 3 hours of departure. he should be returned the amount by deducted some %age, a simple rule can be constructed formally 10% less or 20%less or 50%less. and Admin is to be notified accordingly. 16. these are the basic information, further information should be taken by discussing the requirements and while design implementation time.
