Brochure Design for an Educational Institute

Hi, I need to design a brochure of 30 pages for a College based in India. We are also looking to outsource the flash presentation/cd to prepared for the same and this project will also be assigned to the person who wins this project. Before we assign the project to anybody we will require a mockup. We need a mockup of the front page of the brochure. The brochure would be sent to various corporates to visit the college campus for recruitments. The brochure should have a professional look and may be bright colours. Bids without mockup will be ignored. We want people who can deliver and we will be outsourcing all our design work on a regular basis. P.S. The name of the college is L.J. Institute of Management Studies.
