Hi, I have more then 15years experience in web development and frontend. The bid is this low since i need to get a project done in freelance to get some traction in the future (i'm back on freelancer after a few years so i have no recent project finished to be attractive to employers). The price might not be final though until i get more info. Also he period is not final since i have no clue what's the app complexity. I have experience in building Meteor apps, especially with iron-router and accounts. I have a small app in my portfolio, also I'm currently working on project in Meteor that uses all the features you need, but I'm not allowed to show it at this point. I could make a small demo for you though.
