Hoping to find talented, hard working, designer or team of talented designer who are looking to establish their presence in the field in this challenging project and at the same time establish a log term working relationships. The project is like a banking system, those who register will be able to deposit funds through their bank, credit card transfer, sending checks. They will be able to use this fund to pay for online purchase locally or internationally. I will provide sample websites, expecting the designer to have the skills and talent in using latest web-development tools, and all the latest techniques out there in designing this project. 1. Each user will have a unique account number, userid, and will be able to monitor the account and manage activities online. 2. Master CMS: to manage the site contents, and registered users. Master CMS has ability to review, delete/edit, block a user by email or ip address ..and all the security features that should be there for a secure site. Also, management of of registered users and monitor activities. 3. Successful bidder has strong background and working experience in both MySQL, and e-commerce programming abilities. 4. Chosen bidder need to provide a presentation with step by step and detailed outlines of the project as the successful bidder will be selected based on this presentation. 5. Serious programmers/developers please, preferably, a team of developers over an individual developer. 6. Project has to be done within a 30-45 days. 7. Successful team may have a priority to be awarded future maintenance and changes to the website. 8. Those who show creativity, optimistic, and dedicated, developing team would be our first choice. 9. Coding has to be SEO friendly and developers should be creative enough to implement their own ideas as well. 10. Hope bidders have experience in working on similar project. 11.
