I need some Graphic Design -- 2

I need a redesing of the restaurant menu in word which is going to be more user friendly for us users to add food or to delete it as it is now. It must be made in Word Office (.doc files). We prefer it to be made in combination with text and tables and not with text boxes. Now it is made in such way that if we add something we have to manually move the graphics on each page which is very time consuming. The file [login to view URL] shows the the paper that we print on the menu. It is already a paper with a certain vintage preprinted look. We print the menu only in black color. When you make the new design please make sure the margins are within the preprinted paper as it shows in the SAMPLE.pdf. The font has to be well readable and try to follow our current design. To have a better idea of the design we use, we are sending you a look of our current brochure to see what style we are in ([login to view URL]) and take a look at our website www.amon.si. The font has to be compatible with Russian cyrilic alphabet and with Slovenian alphabet because we have special characters as well as Russians do...therefore you must use font that is universal/compatible with all languages, is clear and readable...and at the same time gives an impression of some old, vintage, elegant font. The new menu has to be in 1 word file...you have to join current files (text) into one word file. The order is as numbers of the files go 1-dailymenu then 2-biomenu then 3-season menu ect. What is very important is that the number of pages must not change. The font has to be readable and simple. If currently there are 11 pages in the main menu the number of pages must not increase...it can be less but not more. Same goes for everything else. I will create 3 milestones: 10% start with 1 page preview (in case we are not satisfied we will not continue with the project with you) 60% corrections 30% final version in word version
