Design a Website Mockup

1) Make site mobile and tablet friendly. 2) Allow me to change the banner on the video view page into a rotating banner meaning every time somebody comes to the website it randomizes the ad and whatever ad it happens to be on I want to be able to hyperlink that ad to whatever website I choose for the user to go to when it is click. 3) Allow me to change the 728X90 banner in the view page into a rotating banner meaning every time somebody comes to the website it randomizes the ad and whatever ad it happens to be on I want to be able to hyperlink that ad to whatever website I choose for the user to go to when is click. 4) For clarification for the ads that I am talking about, each page must have his own set of controls so I can have the different ads on different pages this is relevant to each page. So basically right now each page already has whatever ad I want to be there but I want to make it so when a person comes to that particular page that ad will randomize to whatever ad I have saved for that particular page, if it's only one ad for that page then the one ad will show all the time. If I have five ads for that page and every time a user goes to that page those five ads will show up random on each visit whether it's The big box banner ad which is the 800 x 333 size at the top of the page or whether it's the 728 x 90 banner size on the page. Or If it's the 300 x 250 ad size on the video view page. 5) We have something on the website call a master skin, which means it's the graphic that can show on the left and right side of the website on each page, this feature already works now but if we put a image there we are unable to make that image clickable so it can go to any website we choose to hyperlink it to. We would like to make this possible. 6) The videos that show on our video player page embed code is incorrect this should be a simple fix. 7) When we upload a video The description shows on the site but when viewing the video on the video page after the video is clicked the description does not show. We would like for it to show somewhere on the video view page. 8) We think this feature already work but we are not sure..... When we upload videos to the site it shows the date for the set of videos that was uploaded for that date. What we need is when 1 week worth of videos to show per page. Meaning that after every 7 days of videos has been uploaded I need for the older videos to be pushed to page 2. Then after the next 7 days of videos has been uploaded then it pushes the 2nd set of videos to page 3 and so on........ And at the bottom of the site we need for the number if pages to show so if a person deiced that they want to see what was on page 3,4,5,6,7, etc...... They can easily go to the page and see what videos was uploaded for that time period. 9) I want to be able to place a 728x90 banner Advertisement under any set of videos on the home pages, for example home, R&B , Pop, Rock, Russian, Latino Page, etc....... So let's say that on the pop page I have 10 videos uploaded for today I want to be able to add a 728x90 banner under the 10th video so then I can continue to upload videos under that. So it would show 10 videos then a 728x90 banner ad and then 10 more videos. We need this so a person eyes does not get tired just looking at a lot of videos going down the page....... Our Budget for this is $150- This site was built in wordpress- Also If you do not have a strong understanding on what we need PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS- We will not PAY UNTIL THE ENTIRE PROJECT IS FINISHED. We have had many problems with freelancers from here not finishing work so we will not pay until work is finished PERIOD!
