Design and Build a Website on Magento Platform

I require a new website designed, built and set live on the latest version of the Magento Community Edition that looks similar to this website: [login to view URL] - but based on my clients mock up "Mockup from [login to view URL]" and corporate colours. As long as the site is built to specification, I don't mind if you use an existing template. In fact if you find a template from a site such as Themeforest you would like to build the site on, I will purchase it. Here is the brief: ***Important Please refer to "Mockup from [login to view URL]" for the home page design and these sites for inspiration [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The website must be able to upload and amend products without errors and have product categories. There will be no "checkout" at this stage, the website will only host product information. However I would like a checkout functionality to be able to be enabled when the client wants to sell online. The website will have the following pages: - Home Page - About Us - Products - Rental/Hire - Specials - Loyalty Club - Contact Us - Cart The Website will also have a "Feature Slider" and a static "Product Feature" The goals for the website: - To capture the attention of new and existing clients surfing the web for welding equipment Australia wide. - Provide the clients with the majority of the information they require, so when they contact a staff member they are at least 75% sure of what they are ready to purchase. - We have a large amount of Brands and we need to let our New and current customers what we have available. What we want people to do when they get to the site? - Find Products and get information - Complete inquiry form - call us - sign-up to the newsletter - SEE WHATS NEW Design Assets: Use "Mockup from [login to view URL]" for reference of the landing page. I expect there to be 3 rounds of design amendments as my client is not sure exactly what they want. Please take this into account when bidding. The first design should be completed with 3 days. The entire project will most likely take 3-4 weeks with client feedback. I have more PDF's I can share that you can use to take images from and use for reference.
