Complete the Upgrade & Redesign Of the website -- 2

I want to redesign my website. The old website is [login to view URL] The new website is getting built on [login to view URL] Notes: (note that some parts of the project may be hard to explain in a document and not be included here) In the process of upgrading I am redesigning some parts of the website. I have redesigned a few pages until the point I could. From this point on, I need someone thats a professional web-developer and knows Joomla well. The web-developer should also be patient to answer my questions (I have a lot of them) and tech me (so that I can manage the website my self after the project is finished) Here is some info about the pages I want Brief info: Build everything related to “Brainstorm” product/page, “Grow” Product/Page & “A to Z” Product/Page Work on look and feel until the website is live Remove any errors that are occurring Add social media icons to the site Website has to be mobile "responsive" 70% work related to “Brainstorm” product 30% work related to “A to Z” and “Grow” product (this is as per my limited knowledge) Brainstorm product: Creating a Template and extension (if required) Displays Ideas and Problems (have a specific layout in mind will share once project is started) (use [login to view URL] home page layout) Post Ideas Post Problems Build a community to share ideas Build a community to solve problems Login/Register to Share Ideas & Problems Log-in/Register via FB, LinkedIn, Twitter or ImaginMor Log-in forms Vote/Rank for Ideas Search for ideas Search for problems Once a customer hits “Submit a Problems” - a form should appear where customer should be able to submit a form (with a picture, title, info) describing the problem Once a customer hits “Submit an Idea” - a form should appear where customer should be able to submit a form (with a picture, title, info) describing the idea (forms are as suppose to be as per the example I have) will share once project started One the brainstorm page have all “ideas” and “problems” have tabs saying “ideas” and “problems” - once user clicks on the tab page should filter accordingly - for example if user clicks on “ideas” tab then only ideas should display, if user clicks on “problems” problems should display (look at [login to view URL] - look at “art”, comics” etc) Once the user clicks on an idea to “read more” - user should be able to vote/comment on the idea Once the user clicks on a problem to “read more” - user should be able to solve a problem - solving problems should be visual and seemless (look at [login to view URL]) - on solutions, users should be able to rank a solution as “best solution” Build ImaginMor profile page Profile Photo Skills Business Problems Solved - ranked as “best solutions” Ideas posted Grow product: Need to build on already existing page Once customer clicks “sign-up”, a form should appear where people should be able to submit their project Once project is submitted - customer makes a payment using paypal, credit card or bank transfer Forms: for submitting ideas (via brainstorm page - display on the brainstorm page after submission) for submitting problems (via brainstorm page - display on the brainstorm page after submission) for submitting projects (via grow page - not displayed on the website) user [login to view URL] for forms look and feel, please log-in via Facebook and check A to Z product: This displays the reports we have written in-house Use existing layout (this is in pinterest style) once the user clicks on the report to "read-more" the user goes to the report report page should have a side-bar (as it currently has) Need to build on already existing page Page introduction Existing page (have a specific layout in mind will share once project is started)
