Build a Website of an Export Consultancy Business

I would like to build a "business card"-like web site of my company. Company description: The company acts as a commercial agent or commissioner, and its main business is consultancy to Bulgarian and other EU manufacturers/exporters, which are interested (and capable) to export their products to certain markets, where we have experience and know-how. We consult also importers from Middle East and Asia in their importation activities/endeauvours (custom-based packaging of goods, logistics organization, dispute resolution - including such in front of arbitration or state court in any EU country). The web site should be 1 page only, which shows: 1. my company logo and slogan 2. a description of the company services and activities (feel free to use the text above as a sample text) 3. company contact details The above should appear on an attractive, stylish, non-piled background. Freelancer can use his/her imagination and having in mind the company description given above, to suggest ideas for the background and in general. The web site should be 2-lingual: english (main) and bulgarian, I will provide texts, ofc. Web site should be visible from desktops and mobile applications. With buttons for sharing in Twitter, Facebook, Google+ .
