Build a Golf Website

NOTE: Knowledge about golf is a huge advantage for any potential contractor. I am looking to hire someone to develop a membership based social network website (called MGT for short) where golfers can create groups, reserve and pay for a golf round, invite friends to play, customize the game that's played during that round (i.e. different competitions), and calculate the results based on the scores inputed after/during the round. Job description: Develop complete social network site for golfers which is fully integrated with: a) [login to view URL] API program (I will work with the contractor hired to get access to the APIs). b) Pre-Purchased Golf Course Database (I will have bought access to this database after discussions with the contractor hired). c) Ability to work with a mobile app which will be developed at a later date. Desired website and component functionality: 1) WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT: Design and setup a fully functional membership based social network, geared towards the golf market. This social network will support customized profiles, groups, friends, message boards, events, etc. This first step will involve me working quite closely with the Contractor hired, to decide on everything from the overall look of the site, down to the fine details. I will provide a basic website wireframe which lays out the general functions of the site but will need to work closely with the contractor hired to fine tune everything related to the layout. I would also like to be very involved in the step so that I will be able to maintain the site after the project is over and make changes, additions, etc. if needed. 2) BOOK TEE-TIME AND CREATE EVENT: Through using the [login to view URL] APIs and Affiliate program, I am able to host a page on my site with all of the available GolfNow Tee Times. Members of MGT should be able to book a tee time viia a page on the site (which I already have set up) which will automatically be loaded into that member's event calendar (which is not set up). After that, the member should also be able to invite other members in his group to sign up for that event as well. 3) CUSTOMIZABLE GAME FORMAT: Have the event creator be able to customize to type of game that will be played (these would be specific options they would have to choose from or enter, which would then determine the outcome of the (4) functionality below). This feature is absolutely critical and will be the main value added of our site. The event creator should be able to choose from various pre-loaded competition styles (i.e. skins game, stroke play, teams, match play...) as well as customize their own game. This will take high level programming based on various input fields which I will work with the contractor to establish. **Note: This should be a program/code which could be used by the website AND Mobile App (developed later) to calculate the results. 4) CALCULATE RESULTS ANS MAINTAIN RECORDS: Once the members participate in the event, they would enter their performance results from the event and the website determines the points/rewards each participant received based on the format of the event. This would be an on going record to keep track of an individual's performance/participation in the events with their group members. This would be calculated based on the program developed in step (3) above. Additional comments: Already own domain, have site hosted, and have Wordpress loaded onto it (can be changed if needed). Beyond the main 4 functions listed earlier, I may ask for some help with SEO optimization for the site but that can be negotiated later depending on the quality of work on the first 4 tasks
