RETAIL CENTRE - PHOTO REALISTIC RENDERING Please refer to the attached "Architectural Rendering_Stage 1 - Job [login to view URL]". We require the two (2) views to be rendered to detail similar to the attached "Example [login to view URL]". Detail requirements include, but are not limited to: - Colouring; - Shadowing / Shading; - Landscape and Vegetation; - Street furniture, roads, pathways, kerbs, line marking etc.; - People and cars / bikes; - Shop / Centre signage; - Other as directed. To be considered for this project, each bidder is required to provide at least one (1) example of preferably a retail centre rendered image showing the detail you can produce. I can the 3D model in both sketchup and 3ds file format.
