Need a few images done

This should be very quick and easy project. I need a button designed just like the provided example (follow twitter button). I need the text to read, Signup for Beta. The button should be the same size and designed exactly like the example except the color should be blue (#D6D6D6). Next I need an illustration complete. I put together a sample, see attached (progression23). I need this illustration redone better than my attempt. I need a total of 4 images for this illustration. Each image should have a section highlighted while the other two slots are faded out. I hope that makes sense. For example, section one is highlighted and the other two are faded in comparison. Next, section two should be highlighted and the other two are faded, and so on. And lastly, need an image where all sections are highlighted. So that should be four images for (progression23). I dont think this should be too challenging for a capable designer, so please include work examples with your bid? Thx.
