Quick Graphic Work

I need some quick graphic work done with the attached file titled "[login to view URL]". I need to convert the text and brandmark (the whole logo--everything of the color teal) and change it to white. Then I would like for you to change the background to transparent and make the white text and brandmark appear as if they were engraved into metal. As an example of the engraving, please look at the file called "[login to view URL]". I will be placing your final artwork in front of the file titled "[login to view URL]", so it needs to look as if you engraved the logo out of that metal background to reveal white behind the metal. You are welcome to product this file in Photoshop or AI if you like, but I will also need you to export the final file to a png (it can be a flattened png if necessary). $30 is my budget. Thanks!
