High quality game graphics

There is a need for complete graphics design for a mobile game. Images in vector format are preferred. Raster images should be high-res (1708x960 for background). A general layout concept is industrial style, with a feel of science & engineering. Needed work: - general layout concept several views - application logo and banner - company banner - several UI / game icons - about 30 simple icons for achievements - help with design and conceptual work on layouts and user interface This should be easy and nice job for a skilled designer.
