We need a logo for a change management consultancy . The business focuses on servicing private and public sector clients in changing their people, processes, systems and culture to their desired future state. Catalyst change does this through developing simple and effective vision of the change required and then we deliver it. We assess the change required. Agree on how to measure the change for our clients success through transition. Then deliver change through engaging stakeholders, designing the people process system and culture based interventions. Communicating, training and preparing our client their organisation and their people for the change. When we deliver the change we work with our client to ensure that the agree plan and measures have been delivered. Handing over a plan that will sustain their organisation and it's changes. The choice of catalyst is deliberate the value that we add to our clients is that we accelerate the delivery of their change. The logo must symbolise or be a symbol of that chemical concept
