Artwork Design

I am looking for someone who is patient and has attention to detail. I am looking for someone to create a design for me from scratch and this is what would need to be included in the picture. The Picture must be round The Picture must be at least 300 DPI The Picture will be provided as .ai .pdf .jpg .ps I want an image of a canyon similiar to the one from the image below. I do not want that image used, that is just for reference. I want a sunset glow in the background and our company logo which i will provide to the winning bidder to be a silhoutte in the water on the bottom of the canyon I want a Disc Golf Basket on the Edge of the Canyon with some Frisbees hanging or resting against the canyon walls. I will need 2 versions. One with the words "2011 UnderPar Mini Series" and one version without the words.
