We are a startup working globally to manufacture and distribute a low-cost solar-powered water pump. Our technology has the potential to make a difference to millions of smallholder farmers who are otherwise unable to irrigate their crops affordably. We believe that renewable energy is a better way of pumping water than using fossil fuels, or human labour. We are in need of a high-performing, self-starting communications manager who can both lead and implement our online and offline communications. The ideal candidate would have a eye for detail, the skills of a wordsmith and a flair for great communication. On the technical side we are also looking for proficiency in graphic design. You should be comfortable with working hard and long hours with a growing and passionate team in multiple time zones. In return a competitive salary and close involvement in this exciting venture. Agencies need not apply please, we will agree a fixed project with the successful candidate but are hoping for a long term working relationship. Experience in similar markets might be advantageous but not vital. Thanks Toby

Hi Toby, I am not much experience as far as managing communications is concerned; however, I have a huge amount of work experience in BPO projects that involved dealing with global clients. Hence, I shall be able to manage that. If you have a position sans graphic designing, please do let me know.
