CSS/HTML Banner (Exit Intent Popup)

I'm looking for someone who has experience creating CSS/HTML exit intent popup banners similar to the images that are attached to this project. I would like to have the CSS/HTML banners match my website and include graphics / buttons that make them stand out to users to make them click the button.
