Create a Conference Outline document

I am holding a conference for educators in July and require a document/brochure created to send to participants as they register, and as a form of marketing. We can supply some graphics, layout (see below) and texts, and we need to produce ready-to-print documents. Photoshop and Illustrator are also required for graphics editing and enhancements, as the booklet needs to be printed on A4 so that it can be bound in A5 format. I have an example of a booklet from another conference that is identical to the look and layout I am after, and will forward it on to the winning bidder for guidance. No printing is required, just the electronic document, as I will print it myself. This first booklet is approximately 20 pages. Some stock footage may be required, it is up to you to find it and get it proofed by me. I also require some design work, such as a conference logo and other graphic additions, which will be a little clearer once you see the conference booklet I am basing my ideas on. We are only looking for experienced professionals who can bring their expertise to the project. More than just following instructions, we expect you to contribute with your skills to produce high-quality documents. If you know illustrator and photoshop, and have a the ability to work with someone, rather than just for them, then this may be for you. A hint for those who are really interested, I am impressed by great communication, so please be clear and congruent with me.
