Create an Image, banner jpg gif png

This is a simple Photoshop job for someone really good. I need to create an illustration of the exchange process at a site I am working on. It should explain graphic what the exchange does. This process is like freelancer site, but for manufacturers - a buyer posts a job (RFQ) and a Supplier Quotes (bids) on the job. I will send you two images, first one ([login to view URL]) is done by me just to show the steps for a member when he acts as a buyer or as supplier, the second image ([login to view URL]) I got it from the web to show you how I want it to look like (the style). The finish image size should be around 800px wide, small file size and very clear. If you have a different idea let me know. Need this done in 4 days.
