Google Map Needed

We need a customizable Google Map that allows us to do the following: Map minorities based on their data in North Africa and the Middle Eastern regions only Organize them by: Country, type, status, population (we will provide the data) Also the ability to have a "Search" feature that allows us to search the country, type, status and population at which point they'd visually appear on the map.
