Advanced Google Analytics Config

I work in Marketing at a Software as s Service Start Up. I currently require advice and assistance with the following issues with our google analytics. 1. Our website has both new visitors who are considering by our software and existing users that have already bought and are just logging in to use it. I want a view created that will accurately show only users who are not already customers. 2. The front end of the site is hosting on one subdomain, the actual software product is hosted at a different subdomain. The conversion event happens on the actual product view. I need assistance creating a filter view that includes both the front end site and the /try sign up form, but not the rest of the product. You are required to attempt to build views that meet these requirements. If you require code changes you need write up a document describing what needs to be done and why.
