Flash animation

Hello, I need a flash animation. Size: 600 x 300. Basically, the idea is that 4 pictures, each one containing the logo of an automobile producer ( Dacia, Renault, Citroen, Peugeot ), to gather finally on the screen ( after some fancy animation - this is the piece of resistance :) ) and after they are all 4 on the screen, each one on mouse over to move a little like in the file I attached. The logo pictures should have downward reflections ( better than in the file I attached).
