Flash Intro Page with simple animations

Hello, I'm studying for advertising, and school wants from me portfolio website. So i have design already, HTML is in the process. But the intro page should be done on Flash. I've attached screenshot with watermark for your reference. Things highlighted with blue are 3 menus: 1. Portfolio (link to a portfolio html page). 4 rotating gears (hexagons). 2. Resume (download link '[login to view URL]'). 1 rotating gear (hexagons). 3. Contacts (link to a bottom page of my html, cuz my HTML page is one-page where you scroll basically). 2 rotating gears (hexagons). - Gears (hexagons) in my head are rotating clockwise/counter-clockwise) same mechanic of gears rotation like inside any watch). - For example if you hover first of these 3 hexagon groups (portfolio hexagons) they become white as you can see in the reference image, and all objects highlighted with Red are appearing with any animated transition. (I prefer from really small to the size it is now starting from 0 opacity to 100 in a chaotic order). - If you hover on the Resume or Contacts hexagons same thing happens but with different objects that should be appearing around my face). - My face is also a link. So If you hover on my face it loads from XML same face but with a closed eye. And if you click its gonna load pop-up HTML page. I'm telling about links and everything just FYI and reference, so you create in AC3 code just any dummy link, so when i open .FLA file i can just insert my link instead of dummy one. Hope everything is clear. P.S. i will provide PSD file, with vector objects around (for each menu: portfolio, contacts and resume) and gears (hexagons) + black bg on my face are also in vector format. Because they should be converted to vector filled object as well in Flash.
