559748 Random Flv player

I want a script for my website that randomly plays a flv video from a folder on my server, everytime a song is clicked on from the homepage. I want to be able to upload videos to the folder and have it included in the random plays. I want the video player to be on the homepage of the website with no logos. I want the player to match the design of the website and to be 250x by 350x.
