Simple Game needs converted from Xcode to Flash Professional 6.0

We have a simple game similar to the original angry birds. The game that works perfectly in xCode for the iPhone, iPod and iPad. We are looking for someone to port the code to Adobe Flash Professional 6.0 This will allow us to publish to the Android market and to the Kindle Market. This is a physics based game that uses cocos2d version 2. You need to be fluent with both xCode, Flash Pro 6 and cocos2d and box2d.
