Powerpoint to Flash presentation with full content control

Hi I need a 40 slide powerpoint presentation turned into a Flash presentation. The flash template needs to be modern, fresh, nice looking and consistent with our brand (use our logo and site for inspiration). There needs to be an index page. All content needs to be controllable via xml (im guessing). I have no flash software on my computer so it needs to be done without flash. I would like the ability to add or remove pages. Content to go in can be in any format including excel spreadsheets (I could use a jpg screenshot if needed). My website and powerpoint presentation will be given to those via pm who can demonstrate good standing here at freelancer. Please contact me via pm with work examples.
