106409 simple flash banner

I want to take the simple banner that i made here in flash: [login to view URL] And make it a lot better! I am not that good at flash and have just made this simple banner to give some direction to the project. This should be very easy for someone who knows flash well to: -smooth out the text -add actionscript to buttons -smooth out the buttons and give them mouseover effects -do whatever else is necessary to make this banner look good! I will only pay if I approve of the work. Having AIM or MSN is a definitely plus, but if you are very good at communication via email, that is ok as well.
