Description ------------ -A .swf "flip effect" counter capable of counting forward and backward between two numbers. -Needs to be implemented using Flash and AS 3 -Needs to be easily configurable through XML -All the code, content, and copyright must be transferred to me. -Total project budget : 25-30$ -Milestone based payment.
