Finish our custom website front and back end

Please contact me for website address. Need someone to complete some incomplete links and redo main admin side and individual customer admin page. Also need someone to perfect some not so smooth looking pages. All pages are linked to databases so make sure you know databases also. Not a basic simple site so I need someone that can start and complete the project. Majority of site is finished. Budget is $200 to $500 dollars max. Should be closer to low range unless someone can show me something amazing they can do to the site. Thanks
