Each week, around 40-50 people submit their timesheets to me in a variety of ways – email, photo/scan, SMS, etc. They come in all sorts of formats and it’s a general mess. Calculations are wrong, information is missing, etc. I’d like them to be able to submit their timesheets online which will consist of: Full Name Date (Week Ending) Rate: (i.e £100 per day or £12.50 per hour) Day of week Project Reference Start Time End Time Description of works Total Standard Hours: Total Overtime Hours @ x1.5: Total Overtime Hours @x2.0: Bonuses: Total Before Tax: Tax @ 20%: Total Payable: Notes: It will need to be able to calculate hours worked and totals based on rate, and accept custom overtime rules. Each week I’d like it to be able to report to me how many hours were spent at each project.
