I would like you to bid for simple scrape and then tell me how much a database will cost.
For a simple scrape program just get all fields, if any are blank put a hypen in the csv file.
I would like to input year and balance amount.
so outputs should be: bill #, parcel #, location, flag, bill_amount, bill_current
For database program, click on each existing parcel # then bills attached and update the highlighted data every day, especialy the bill flag changes. I will need description, location, mailing address, parcel #, bill status, flag and number, current due.
There will be multiple bills for each property so if it keeps a sortable data structure of which bill numbers it already updated that day, checking that before scraping should speed up scraping time I think. it's up to you.
I would like to be able to click a button and find all bill flags that changed and any new bills input into database. this will most likely need a server so I could probably set one up. If not would you be interested for me to pay you something to maintain database for me every month? if so, how much?
for the simple program i would like it to run from some GUI, or excel like attached.
