Milestone 5: Where possible, add names of specific official recipients of the award by using the column marked "official." If there is no official name identified as a recipient or nominee for an award, see if there is any correlating category and person information from another award that does have official information; otherwise research what it could/should be and enter as "unofficial." Be sure to enter the "role" and "hyperlink" of the role column information as well, so that we can verify the information as accurate. When assigning unofficial attributions, use the following guidelines: For any category, disregard "Senior" credits. For any Game of the Year genre category, producers other than executive producers should get the attribution unless there is a creative director. If too many producers are equally tiered and there is no creative director, a lead designer can be substituted. Look at past category attributions in the provided documents to gauge the kind of proper credit/role used. Milestone 6: Update the cumulative tally for game, developer, publisher, and individual nominations and wins across all award groups. Reconcile this cumulative tally against the past tally and 2017 tallies added together, to make sure the tally is accurate.
