Produce Medical Prescription Data in Graphical Form with Linear Regression Calculations

Hi there, I need the Freelancer to take data available in .csv format from two different sites, and use them to produce graphs to represent drug prescription rates for several doctors' groups. The four groups are: A) Whitestone in Warwickshire B) Frome in Somerset C) A group of 40 surgeries from the Hackey and city area of London ([login to view URL]) (This can be done asa total, and not for each surgery) D) The NHS as a whole. The first task is to take the monthly patient numbers from NHS Digital for the months January 2020 to May 2021 inclusive. The prescribing needs to be for four items: ', Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (10.1.1), Anti-depressant drugs (4.3), Non-opiods (4.7.1) and opioids (4.7.2) Once this data is collated, we will need to calculate and tabulate the number of prescriptions per 1000 patients for each month, for each of these four groups. So I will need a populated database for the items I have described and four graphs, showing the monthly comparisons, one for each medication. I hope that all makes sense. Finally I would like a linear regression calculation for each of the four medication groups and for each of the four locations, making 16 calculations, so that we can compare the increase or decrease in prescriptions over the given time period.
