i need an excel expert

Hello. We are a manufacturing company that needs a spreadsheet created for our yearly inventory counts. We scan the barcode for the item number or enter it manually for items that are still missing barcodes. We then need an option to enter the count and location. Locations may be correct or need updating. We also have multiple locations for parts so we may have more than one "count"/entry for an item. We will need the total of all the various counts per item to be reflected in the spreadsheet. We had issues doing this last year with Excel because of how simple it is to click on the wrong cell. We thought a "userForm" would help decrease the chance of an error. I have attached out spreadsheet that we use along with what a "userForm" is. Please help!
