Hi, I'm a senior sharepoint and office 365 consultant and now since 4 years i'm working for a Microsoft Partner, and i'm a new freelancer ! i read the description mission and what you need are note an excel expert but a SharePoint expert since the files are loaded to SharePoint. so the first step will be to communicate with SharePoint to get the files and explore them and then export the data. i think this could be done with a powershell script. i juste have a question it's on SharePoint online or onprem ? Develop a macro enabled workbook(xlsm) which will contain a button to trigger the macro execution. This macro function will take the input of the files to be downloaded. Then macro will extract the data from the excel files and dump into the destination excel file.
