Looking for an experienced USA buyer that can understand Mandarin. (Long Term Job)

I have 5 year of experience working as a Production Manager for a USA based Textile firm which deals in : Tote Bags, Towels, Bandannas, Aprons and other promotional items. I used to locate the cheapest source/supplier based on the order quantity (Mostly from USA but also from China. Being a Production Manager my job was to take care of the order from RFQ/PO to Shipping and I have to make sure that I make profit for the company without affecting required quality and shipping date. My job also included to quote on inquiries and to make sure that we get the order which required proper followups. I also get to arrange the pickups via FedEx, USPS or via Truckload for huge orders. I had to make sure that PO or RFQ is timely responded and to be firm about the inventory (with suppliers or warehouse) for placed order before accepting it. I also have a large data of all the USA resellers and company's who have purchased with us including contacts of Printing facility because orders which we receive mostly required printing of their logo or any tag line for promotional basis. It was my job to find the best profitable source for any order which we receive so i first check the inventory with suppliers then short list the cheapest source. My company name was Metro Textile and they operate in USA / Canada / Germany.

While I do have decade of experience of sourcing the products from China, I do understand the US market (I did have my MBA degree in US). Currently I am living in China.
