Excel Expert Needed (Formulas Expert) / QA Manager Position

Looking to hire individual that will be working on complex and advanced formulas on Excel files. In time of no Excel projects this person will have enormous responsibility of pining, talking, chatting and managing team of 4-5 people that are coders, developers, designers. QA Manager Position - for someone that is Super Expert at Excel Formulas.
