I am a programmer with previous experience of mining data in such peculiar scenarios, I believe after some good effort I will be able to create a script that will be able to pull out data from a file(s) like this. The file looks messy, can you tell me which fields do you want to be re-arranged in a new format? Or if you are looking for manually doing it for full accuracy I can also help. Hello. The first step to re-arrange your client data is to put all the details in one spreadsheet. It will have columns "Buyer name", "Code", "Address", "ID", "Phones", "Email", etc. with corresponding data in rows. The data can be transferred from old to new form using Excel Macro - the macro will automatically scan all files with old forms and will put the data into one single spreadsheet. Thus you will get masterdata file (plain table). Later plain table can be divided further into logical parts or can be uploaded "as is" to the database. The suggested solution for this current Freelancer project is Excel macro which is described above. Further steps can be discussed separately as well.
