Excel chart - overlapping Stacked bar chart/clustering

Hey Charting Experts out there, I have a simple task on an excel chart but seems to be quite tough to do. Just 3 columns!
I have some tasks listed on the left side..task1..task5. First column is "Offset column", this is one series of stack bar chart with no fill..so I can offset each task from the left. Then column 2 is "Total length of the task" and column 3 is "How of percentage of the task" is complete. Currently, if I chart them, these 3 columns are getting added. But I want to add only first two. The 3rd, I have to overlapp of the second series..I can plot how much percent of the task is complete. (see attached excel)
If you can help, let me know. Please note, I am quite familiar with charting and still cant figure out, so you need to be an expert, dont want to discuss alternative charts etc. It needs to be stacked bar format. please see attached excel. There are two charts, the solution would look like if I overlapped one chart over the other. Thanks
