I see this application will require using API calls to the eBay servers. Their site has lots of information on how to accomplish this. I'm a very competent VB.Net developer and have worked on Excel manipulation on almost a daily basis. I may need 1 day for the initial learning curve of eBay's API, but after that would be too easy. I have submitted the milestones and hope we can stick to them. I usually communicate by email as this is more convenient even when I'm at my day job. This freelancing stuff is done on the side as a side job, so I don't have full time hours allocated for this. However, I do find time at lunch to test things. The nice thing about working in this field daily, I can test things during the work day. Let me know what you think.

Well i already wrote a program for you and my boss as well which uses Ebay Api GetSellingManagerPro to get all Awaiting Postage Records(From Multi Accounts As Well) Then Mark them as posted After that export that data to a .csv file! Manually Click >Get Awaiting Postage Then >Mark As Posted > Export To CSV
