Data entry using Excel

Needs to hire 5 Freelancers I have several transcripts that have been coded. I need help tallying the codes in a spreadsheet. This is easy work, but requires attention to detail and typing accuracy. I'm attaching an example that shows a coded transcript and the accompanying spreadsheet with all of the codes entered into it. Notice that each entry is actually the line number under which the codes appear in the transcript. It is possible to have the same code entered multiple times for the same line, if that code actually does appear multiple times under the same line. When negotiating rate, I prefer fixed rate per opposed to hourly. It takes about 3-4 hours to tally the first transcript, but gets easier and quicker after that. Most of the codes are formatted correctly, so it should be possible to scan the document with the "Find" feature in Word, but you will also probably need a final review of the document to make sure you didn't miss any codes. The attached sample is a very simple one; most will have many different codes used throughout the transcript. If there are any codes in the transcript that do not have a place in the spreadsheet, you will put them in the "Unsure" sheet in the spreadsheet, indicating the exact code used and the line number it appears on. When you submit the spreadsheet, please title it with the name of the transcript and the words "count sheet". To be clear, this job does not require you to add any codes or change any codes. This is purely about tallying the codes already in the transcript, by entering the line numbers they appear on in the appropriate row in the spreadsheet.
