US Counties (PS/SB/DS/SD) District Data Collation

I have a list of Government offices in different US counties. I need information for the contractors who provide them supplies. Total Offices are in 1000 but for this Test Phase I will go with 50 office. if goes well will hire for whole project. I need copy of Current active Contract, and price sheet or details. Contact details for the office agent. Keep in Mind: Contracts available publicly so need researching skills and understanding.
