I require a person that has developed work force planning FTE requirements across a multi channel environment, phone, email and web chat. I have 6 weeks of data as follows: phone - 30 minute increments email - 1 hour increments web chat - 1 hour increments You will use the above data to understand interval trends and apply this to an annual 12 month data forecast based on the past 12 months trend. The outcomes required will be as follows: week on week FTE requirements for phone, email and web chat for a 12 month forecast FTE requirements for the 6 week period week on week
