We need this job done in the next two days... Please do not bid if you cant do it. We need to write a macros to map contact data from an access file to excel. We will provide the excel layout. Hi, I have a question regarding your requirement: By "addtional rows" you mean that if there are more than one record in the access file then the excel file will need to add one (or more) row for the record, but if there is only one record then it add no row, right? Regards.

Hi, this would be better achieved with a VBA function. Because you have supplied a .CSV, is the database in .MDB format (Access 2000 - 2003) NOTE: The function would require Access to be installed on the machine doing the data mapping.
