We are an event agency currently experiencing a high volume of work with little time to spare. We have a (current) client who needs a creative pitch for an event which we do not have time to achieve. We are after ideas and concepts to use and tie together the conference theme. We do not need you to write the pitch document (one of our staff will do that) we just need ideas and concepts to put forward. We are looking for new, innovative ideas across MC, opening plenary ideas, theming across the meeting, dinner theme and entertainment options etc. Your background will ideally be in Event Production / Management, Corporate Marketing etc. If any of your ideas/concepts are accepted then we are happy to pay an additional fee to you.
